I am writing to you to detail an exciting event and opportunity for you and your
business. The weekend of October 6th, 2007, Salisbury University is hosting the
19th Annual Sea Gull Century - a nationally acclaimed bicycle tour. Proceeds are
donated to many student programs and the Century’s scholarship at Salisbury
University. Also, the Delmarva region benefits from this event, just to name a
few - Habitat for Humanity, Leukemia Team in Training, Helmets for Kids, and
Relay for Life.
The first Sea Gull Century in 1989 had fewer than 100 riders and was only for
local club members. Last year, the Century had over 6,000 riders, 200
volunteers, and 25 Exhibitors. I would like to extend an offer to you and your
business for 2007 sponsorship opportunities (see multiple levels below):
